Here is a great menu, whether used for a starter or an exciting main extra. This prawn menu will add flavour to any dinner table.

Lemon-Garlic Marinated Prawns
3 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/4 pounds cooked prawns
Place garlic and oil in a small pan and cook over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. Toss with prawns in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Make Ahead Tip: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
